EAGLES 3 Ashton On Mersey 'A' 2 - Sun 2nd Sept
Eagles continued their good prep work with a 3-2 win against fellow div 1 team Ashton On Mersey on Sunday. Shaun & James gave the Eagles a well deserved 2-0 half time lead, before Ashton made it 2-1 in the 2nd half after they fought back well. Chaz & Jack hit woodwork before Dino scored Eagles 3rd to make it 3-1 before Ashton rallied again to make it a final score 3-2.
A good run out for both teams in horrible rain and wind! Oh yes the Season is just around the corner.
It's Benchill on Weds @ 6pm at BTH next prep game....
