The Eagles entered two teams into the Altrincham Festival at Moss Lane on Sat 3rd May (Vipers & Cobras), with the Cobras going all the way to the final and beat a skilful and hard working Wythenshawe Amateurs in a penalty shootout after the match finished 1-1 (Jack in nets making 3 saves in the shoot-out). The Vipers played well in their group but unfortunately got pipped for semi-final qualification by 1 point. The Cobras won their group and beat Sporting Sale in the Semi. A big well done to ALL THE PLAYERS FROM BOTH TEAMS who had a great day. Dino went up the 'Wembley Steps' in the main stand at Moss Lane to receive the trophy and all the Cobras received a superb trophy.
Well done also to the Falcons who got to the semi and also well done to Bruce Fayle's under 11 Dragons who made it a double in the afternoon for Unicorn, by beating Reddish Vulcans in their final.

VIPERS - Willie, Andy S, Shaun, Louis, Ben, Mark, Andy B, Sammi
On Sunday the 4th, the U9 Rockets & Comets play in the festival. Good luck to both teams.
