Hi folks,
Please see the attached email from the T&D with some important dates for your diaries.
This will also mean that our AGM should be provisionally on Sunday 15th June, 7.30pm at the Sylvan which unfortunately is Fathers Day but a good excuse for a pint!
Also, thank you to all those who supported me during my election campaign which was a great experience but unfortunately not a successful one with me falling short by 300 or so votes!
"Dear Club Secretary.
Important dates for your diary:
AGM - any proposed rule changes must be in writing and sent to me no later than Thursday 8th May. Any proposed rule changes have to be presented to Cheshire County FA no later than 4 weeks before the AGM.
AGM, AOB for the AGM must be presented in writing to me no later that Tuesday 27th May.
Please ensure you return your application forms by the May 12th meeting
Friday 16th May - evening presentation U9 teams.
Friday 23rd May - evening presentation U10 teams.
Tuesday May 20th - Timperley JFL CWO workshop - to be held at Sale Utd Club house for 6.30 pm.
This evening workshop is mandatory for all club CWO or a club representative. Please confirm your attendance.
Sunday 1st June - presentation day.
All presentation will be held the The Curzon - dance studio - Urmston.
Monday 9th June 2007-08 AGM - The Hough End Club for 8.00 pm
Presentations - if these dates are not convenient to your team you can come to one of the other dates - I need to know as soon as possible if you need to change.
Trophies - we give out 12 trophies for mini soccer and 16 trophies for U11 to Youth - if you require more trophies then please let me know - no later than a week before the presentation - any extra trophies will be invoiced to the club.
I will be sending out the U7 and U8 JJB individual winners later this week. These boys can then be invited to one of the three dates.
