The Normal Saturday club was called of this week as only 5 lads form my group turned up.
So I helped out with the Knights who will be the u7's next season as they had games against Wythenshawe Town JFC
The boys on this team were Ben, Matt, Aaron, Tyler, Josh, Liam, Josh also 2 guessed players from Saturday club Thomas and Jack.
The boys started of a bit slow in the first game.
The Turning point was the 2nd game we sorted where to play etc the boys went down 6-4 in after a poor penalty decision given against them not to worry.
Liam was the captain for the two games and did well scoring aswell. If I had to give a medal out it would of gone to Josh as in the 1st game he played in defence and did very well 2nd game moved in to the midfield area and ran the show setting up goals and helping the defence out so well done to Josh. The big thanks goes to Thomas and Jack for staying and playing with the year 1 boys Thomas chipped in with a goal aswell and Jack who is only in Nursery made some good tackles so thanks to those 2.
The whole group should be proud of themselves as they did really well.
Thanks to Dave Sacks for helping out aswell.
Sorry no posts have been up for last 2 weeks the boys who got the medals were Kieran and Daniel and Sean and Sam so well done you 4.
