Good turn out despite the weather 20 lads in total
1 big warm up for all the lads then split into 2 groups myself taking Kieran, Daniel, Jack, Sean, Sam, Aaron, Matthew, Harry and Tyler the last 4 boys are part of the Unicorn Knights u7 team for next year.
The main aim of today was the passing to a team mate and moving to get a pass back, We started with throw and catch so they could get into space to get the thrown pass, The 5 younger boys who have been with me this year are fantastic at this now they have come on leaps and bounds since they first tried this.
The games this week I tried freezing play a lot so the lads could try and make 5 clear passes to each other then moved on to 3 passes and a shoot in 20 seconds then the other team could play on this went down really well with all the boys as there passing was great by the end of the game. Some of the tackling was great aswell. All 9 boys did very well today in the skills and the matches.
The weekly shootout was won by Jack this week he sent the keeper the wrong way in the last kick of the final after the other 3 had there’s saved so well done Jack.
The medals this week went to 2 lads who played with a smile all the way through the day, tried there very best in the skills they listened in the matched they both got stuck in they played as with there team mates really well. There passing was Fantastic. The Medals go to Aaron and Jack. All the boys did very well this week...
