Playing only their second ever game, having formed only 4 weeks ago, Unicorn U10 Girls secured a memorable victory over Delamere Rangers.
Following an opening day mauling at the hands of Man City Ladies last weekend (not ideal opponents for your first ever football match!), the signs were not promising as Delamere took a 2-0 lead midway through the first half. However the girls rallied and showed tremendous spirit and determination to fight back, scoring before half time to bring themselves back into the match, and twice in the second half without reply to achieve a well deserved victory.
Well done to all the team!
